CACCE awards a Certificate of Service in recognition to members upon each five years of service in the chamber of commerce industry. These awards are typically presented annually at the Staff Leadership Development Conference in the Spring.
In addition to recognizing organization excellence, the Chamber of the Year Award primarily focuses on acknowledging one or more significant achievements / accomplishments that a chamber has initiated, stimulated and/or led in its respective service area at some point during the past 18 months. This award is typically presented at the Annual Management Conference in the Fall.
The Executive of the Year recognizes long-term executives who have excelled over a period of years in leading and innovatively building their chamber. The award is based on the demonstration of excellence in areas of chamber leadership, organizational management, service to the profession, community reputation / involvement, and personal attributes. We present an award for an executive in North Carolina and South Carolina typically at the Annual Management Conference in the Fall.

The Carolinas Accredited Chamber program is designed to establish a standard of organizational competency and an objective set of criteria for assessment. The achievement of standards by CACCE members is determined by an examining committee and will be awarded with accreditation credentials. The CCEC designation exemplifies excellence and professionalism of Carolinas chamber executives. The designation is based upon experience, service to CACCE, training/continuing education and personal achievement. It was developed to strenghen career development and to provide an opportunity for personal recognition. This award is typically presented at the Annual Management Conference in the Fall.
